Beside that the app enables the usage of the services “iCloud”, “Game Center” and “App Store” of Apple Inc. to transfer data like the game score, ratings or rewiews with reference to the appropriate registered account to Apple Inc.

What are the purposes we use your data for?

The information is generated to guarantee the error free functionality of the app and process the particular contacting.

What rights do you have as far as your information is concerned?

You have the right to receive information about the source, recipients and purposes of your archived personal data at any time without having to pay a fee for such disclosures. You also have the right to demand that your data are rectified or eradicated. If you have consented to data processing, you have the option to revoke this consent at any time, which shall affect all future data processing. 3. Recording of data in this app

Settings

When using the app the settings are stored locally on your device. This is neccessary to to guarantee the error free functionality of the app. This data is automatically deleted when the app deleted from the device.

Game Score

In case there exists a registered account for the “iCloud” service from Apple Inc. and the option to use the service for this app is activated in the iCloud settings the app stores the game score, as well as a timestamp and a version number in iCloud. This is neccessary to enable for the synchronization of the game score and to use the app throughout different devices of a user. This data is subject to the privacy policy of Apple Inc.

If there is no registered account for the “iCloud” service from Apple Inc. available, or if the option to use the service for the app is deactivated in the iCloud settings, the game score as well as a time stamp and a version number is stored locally on your device. This data is automatically deleted when the app deleted from the device.

Leaderboards

In case there exists a registered account for the “Game Center” service from Apple Inc. the app sends the last completed level as well as the accomplished score to the Game Center. This is neccessary to create leaderboards using the service. This data is subject to the privacy policy of Apple Inc.

Ratings and Reviews

A rating and a review of the app can be submitted within the app. This data is sent to the App Store for the registered account of the “App Store” service from Apple Inc. and is subject to the privacy policy of Apple Inc.

Request by e-mail, telephone or fax

If you contact us by e-mail, telephone or fax, your request, including all resulting personal data (name, request) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your request. We do not pass these data on without your consent.

These data are processed on the basis of Art. 6 Sect. 1 lit. b GDPR if your inquiry is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is required for the performance of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the data are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in the effective handling of inquiries submitted to us (Art. 6 Sect. 1 lit. f GDPR) or on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 Sect. 1 lit. a GDPR) if it has been obtained.

The data sent by you to us via contact requests remain with us until you request us to delete, revoke your consent to the storage or the purpose for the data storage lapses (e.g. after completion of your request). Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular statutory retention periods - remain unaffected.
